Registered in Hong Kong in 2002, UORES has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Chengdu China. Affiliated with the Company, UORES has a couple of associated companies, offshore companies and JVs engaged in international & domestic trading, resources investment, property development and other innovative businesses.
Apart from mineral and metal trading, UORES and the affiliates have strategic investment in mining and exploration in Australia, UK, Canada and Indonesia. Now we are substantial and major shareholders of a number of emerging mineral producers and juniors listed at ASX, AIM or TSX. Strategic securities investment with emphasis on resources sector across Asia-Pacific Region is also a part of the company’s business.
The Company has successfully conducted a number of resource investment, share acquisition and resource project financing in Australian and UK markets, covering commodities such as Cu, Au, Ag and Fe.
In addition, the company and the affiliates have property investment in the Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. In Chengdu, we have developed real estate projects together with our local partners.
